How much does One Fulfillment cost?
The service price depends on what products you sell and how long we store them. The price for the service is not including the cost of transporting products to and from the Allegro Warehouse.
Basic fee
The basic fee depends on the volume of a product. It is charged on dispatching an order from the Allegro Warehouse to the buyer. The minimum net basic fee is 2.69 PLN, and the maximum net basic fee is 11.49 PLN per product.
Exchange rate: 1 PLN = 0,23 USD. Based on European Central Bank data from the previous working day - more.
Additional fees
Additional fees are charged:
- storing products after exceeding the free period of 30 calendar days
- discrepancies in admission to the Allegro Warehouse, sent a product different than declared
- returns handling from buyers
- withdrawing a product from the Allegro Warehouse.

Go to the registration page and complete all the fields.If you have any doubts, read the hints under the fields.
Click [company data] ― we will download the business details from the Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS), the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), or the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES). If it is not possible, you will see a relevant message in the form. In this case, provide the business details yourself.
Click [create an account] at the end of the registration form.
We will send an email to the email address you provided. Open the email and click [confirm registration].
Please note: You need to be a VAT taxpayer registered in Poland and on the valid whitelist. For your convenience, Allegro will check within 48 hours if your Polish tax identification number (VAT PL) is on this list.
Activate your account and list your products
1. To confirm your bank account number, select one of the following options:
an online bank transfer. That option is available if you select Poland as your bank's country. Enter your bank account number and we will redirect you to the bank's website. There, sign in and confirm the registration with a 1 PLN transfer ― we will refund you the 1 PLN within a few days.
a standard transfer. If you do not want to use an online transfer, or you have an account in a bank outside Poland, select a verification with a standard transfer. Next, transfer the equivalent of at least 1 PLN in your bank's currency to the bank account we provide. We will generate a dedicated bank account number for the purpose of verification ― use it to make the verification transfer only.
a bank document. Select this option if you have an account in a bank outside Poland and you cannot or do not want to make a verification transfer. This option is unavailable to you if you have a Polish bank account ― in that case, we will display the online bank transfer option instead.
2. Add the required documents. If you are a seller:

Create an account

Activate your account
1. Verify bank account. In this step, you will set your bank account details, to which the buyers' payments will be transferred. Check the company details provided at Allegro account registration. If you need to correct them, click [change company details]. Then, confirm the new company details with the verification transfer. You can do it the following ways:
a fast online payment — enter the account number and order an online transfer. If we recognize the bank by the account number, we will redirect you to the bank’s sign-in website. If we do not recognize the bank, we will display the list of banks for you to select from.
a regular bank transfer ― if you select this option, we will display all information necessary to order a regular verification transfer. Transfer 1.00 PLN to the account number we provide you with. You can order the transfer online from your bank’s website or through a postal order.
Regardless of transfer type, following the successful account verification, we will return the transfer amount to the bank account you ordered the transfer from. You will receive a confirmation to the email address provided at account registration.
2. Verify company details. You can choose between the full and simplified verification — depending on what kind of business account you need.
Simplified verification — if your business has not sold on Allegro before, or you are going to sell occasionally — up to 10 transactions per month.
Full verification — if you plan more transactions, you want to benefit from a fully active account without restrictions, or you plan to sell on foreign marketplaces.
